Projektbeschreibung
In this role you will be providing on-site cover for the server and network environment in addition to executing installs and changes and providing a high level of customer service. This role will involve face to face interaction with multiple levels of end-users.
The role will include identifying, repairing, resolving and documenting user technical issues relating to the desktop environment. In addition you will be providing first line IT support services, adhering to SLAs, troubleshooting and resolving software issues, re-imaging computers and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
In addition to excellent skills in user IT infrastructure and proven technical skills in MS Windows, Active Directory and the full Microsoft Office suite you must have a full driving licence and be DUTCH SPEAKING!
