Design, Support, Administrator - Exchange 2010 & Blackberry BES 10 Administrator.* Abu Dhabi.*

You will be responsible for the design and implementation, and subsequent support and management of end user messaging services.

The end user messaging services currently include the following technologies Blackberry, Exchange, Rightfax and Good.

Responsibilities

- Contributes to the overall client-side application and end-user strategy working in close partnership with other key stakeholders within IT and the business.
- Exchange Administrator with experience of deployment and support of Exchange 2010
- Blackberry Administrator  with experience of deployment and support of BES 10
- Provision of 2nd and 3rd line support for exchange and blackberry services
- Investigates the effectiveness of the existing messaging services by collecting and analysing data on software to provide change recommendations and capacity planning recommendations.
- Serves as a technical team lead aiding other members of the desktop and mobile team in delivering service excellence.
- Liaises with other IT departments and external vendors for the support of Blackberry, Exchange and other messaging services.
- Manages medium and complex problems which have a high degree of urgency and impact, and determines the appropriate course of action and escalation.
- Performs defined tasks related to the planning, installation, upgrade, operation, control and maintenance of operating platforms.
- Researches and develops solutions to meet user requests and deliver appropriate end user solutions.
- Provides adequate, accurate and timely reports on messaging mechanisms/processes including customer satisfaction.
- Ensures that incidents and problems in messaging services are fully documented within the configuration management defect/problem reporting system.
- Aids in the creation of disaster recovery plans according to agreed IT analysis methods, tools and techniques for identifying potential exposures to network and operating systems which support critical business processes.
- Ensure that roadmaps are up to date with regards applications that are owned by the Desktop and Mobile section.
- Drives continued service improvement with regards messaging services to improve customer satisfaction, translating customer needs and dissatisfaction into technical solutions for improvements.
- Keep systems up to date with latest system patch levels to ensure system security
- Ensure documentation is up to date and standard across all applications owned by the Desktop and Mobile section.
- Carries out other duties as required.

- Administration of BES 10
- Experience of MDM and MAM solutions
