Design Quality Engineer (m/f)

- As independent function, monitoring of proper application of key processes especially with product verification, validation, configuration management, requirement management, product design, product planning
- Process assessments by review of ongoing projects within the engineering department, or by participation in gate-preparation and reviews
- Re-strengthen and support a reliable root-cause analysis process within the engineering department. This includes the analysis of field issues and reflection to new projects, platforms & products.
- Support CI initiatives within the engineering department e.g. DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFSS (Design For Six Sigma)
- DQA has to assure clear interfaces to engineering
- Supplier inside and outside BT and in charge of further improvement of these interfaces (introducing KPIs ), support PQA/SQA in regard to workload aligned in the quality function

- ISO 9001 ff., design verification and validation
- Engineering (working) experience, robust design experiences
- Quality management (minimum is good background knowledge )
- Problem solving tools
- Kaizen, Design for Six Sigma, Design for Manufacturing
- Product FMEA / Design FMEA
