Design Engineer C&I

OUR CLIENT
Our client is one of the UK's leading licenced nuclear decommissioning businesses with the remit of clean-up and demolition of one of the UK's former reactors. Due to an increase in project activity they are actively looking for a talented C&I Design Engineer on a longterm basis.

OBJECTIVE
The purpose of the post is to deliver design packages in support of projects across our clients sites.

DELIVERABLES
* Create design documentation including engineering reports, proposals, specifications, calculations, drawings and reviews. Provide solutions to specific design problems. Ensure designs are compliant with the relevant regulations. Provide independent verification and substantiation report

KEY SKILLS
* HND Engineering or equivalent based on Engineering Council Standard for Engineering Technician. Experience:

- 2 years Engineering (C&I).
- Control and Instrument Engineering background essential.
- Nuclear Background preferred.
- Proficient in the use of recent versions of Autodesk Products, Autocad or Autocad LT for the production of drawings.
- City & Guilds th Edition Wiring Regulations certificate would be preferable

PAY RATE DETAILS
£35.00 - £45.00 LTD Overtime rates may apply Initial one year contract with possibility of extension
