Design Engineer

A company that specialise in plastic structures is seeking to recruit an Inventor Design Engineer to work on a contract based in the west midlands that is initially scheduled for 3 - 6 months.

The Role

This role will involve using Autodesk Inventor to perform design work related to a new plastic structure This role will mainly involve design of tooling and mouldings associated with the structure and packaging of the product although there will also be some exposure to the internal mechanics.

Experience

You'll be fluent in Autodesk Inventor with a good all round mechanical background. Any experience of tooling or mouldings for comparable products would also be beneficial.
