Progressive Engineering has a unique opportunity for a mechanical product engineer to work for one of our key clients inSlough. Ideally you'll have a background in small mechanism design and be looking for a role which is more varied and challenging.
You will work for a leading engineering company, working in the new product development team and focusing on delivering a full product development service.
The role
This role is varied; as such you will work on a range of projects with both SMEs and Multi-nationals. On day to day basis you will be responsible for:
* Developing new designs based on research
* Detailed design from concept to production
* 3D CAD Modelling
* Managing prototype production
The Person
Ideally you'll have the following:
* B.Eng (Hons)
* Excellent 3D modelling skills
* Experience in plastics and metals
