Our financial services client is currently looking for a Design Authority Director to be responsible for the Design and Delivery of the Global Target Operating Model.
You will be responsible for:- - Organisational design
- Operating model strategy
- Detailed processes
- major change delivery capability and requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience designing and delivery TOMS in a global financial services organistation.
