For a six month project at our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for a


The project is in the context of the bank's legal structure initiative and the its intention to establish a new subsidiary for their Retail & Corporate and WM business booked in Switzerland.
Within Group Operations, Global Legal Structure Implementation (GLSI) has been created as a center of expertise to coordinate and implement the required legal structure changes across the various regions. GLSI is working in close collaboration with other Group Operations and Group functions. The program consists of three main pillars: the implementation of a new subsidiary in Switzerland, the creation of an Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) in the U.S. and adjustments to the bank's subsidiary in the UK.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on test coordinator who is passionate about both technology and business to support the Cash and Trade Finance (CAT) Test Manager. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, result driven person with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with global teams.


- Support further development and implementation of Cash and Trade Finance test approach
- Definition of test plans, end of test reports, management status updates
- Liaison with CAT business subject matter experts to define test requirements
- Support business subject matter experts with test design activities
- Assure planned test activities cover the agreed scope of releases/test phases
- Planning of test execution including identification of key dependencies
- Overseeing test execution progress and defect management and tracking
- Regular reporting of testing progress as required
- Risk and issue handling
- Facilitation of test progress reviews and weekly update meetings
- Regular interaction with the Central Test Management Team
- Support continuous improvement of the current test process.
- Leverage and implement industry best practices and standards related to testing


- Overall 2+ years of testing coordination experience with Enterprise grade applications
- Good understanding of SDLC and importance of testing activities within it
- Experience of test planning, estimation and progress tracking
- Experience with test and quality management tools (such as Quality Center)
- Experience with client data systems highly desirable
- Demonstrates the ability to work with a high level of autonomy
- MS Office skills, advanced Excel is an advantage
- Experience in banking/financial industry would be an advantage
- Fluent in English (German would be an advantage)
- ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Testing
