You will be expected to take overall responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the subway depot and to act as a key link between the maintenance department and Senior Director.
You will need to have extensive experience working within the UK Rail Market and at least 2 years experience as a Depot manager - or at a minimum a full understanding of the day to day running of a rail depot.
The organisation is going through a large scale change programme so previous involvement in change/transformation programmes will be desirable.
