We are currently seeking an experienced Deployment Manager to manage all deployment and business readiness activities for a government program.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Review and understand business requirements;
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery;
- Develop and maintain business, deployment and commination readiness plans;
- Contribute to project planning and scheduling; and
- Steering Committee deployment status reporting and recommendations
- Produce high level change scope and delivery timeframes for review with stakeholders;
- Conduct change planning activities with key stakeholders and produce detailed and summary change plans;
- Conduct staff, product and workflow change impact assessments;
- Conduct a staff training needs analysis;
- Produce the Business Deployment Management Plan;
- Produce the Staff Training Plan;
- Produce the internal and external communications plan;
- Produce deployment contingency plan;
- Produce the post go-live support plan
- Produce the Shut down/ramp-up plan;
- Produce communication product content;
- Ensure enabling products are created or updated and published to the agreed schedule;
- Ensure communication products are published to the agreed schedule;
- Ensure business process verification activities are conducted to the agreed schedule;
- Ensure any business workaround procedures are documented and published;
- Ensure training products and published to the agreed schedule;
- Conduct business go/no-go review sessions with key stakeholders;
- Ensure alignment with technical deployment plans during the cutover weekends; and
- Conduct daily post go-live business triage meetings with key stakeholders.
