Deployment Lead

- Act as primary contact for new business requirements and new rollout projects
- Collate new business requirements by engaging the respective stakeholders within Customer and advice on strategy.
- Act as single point of contact for all for the rollout.
- Optimally utilize the resources and budget.
- Responsible for preparing overall dashboard to ensure the health of the program highlighting the risks, issues and closure of the same.
- Define and propose strategies and procedures for efficient implementation.
- Develop and maintain the rollout schedule,
- Escalate strategic issues to Customer & Internal Management
- Conduct weekly team meetings, prepare MOM, and prepare action plan and follow-up with various stakeholders for closure.
- Managing effective communication within the project teams.
- Managing the project conflicts by driving various project teams to a conclusion.
- Liaison with business users and ensure that the requirements are met to their satisfaction.
- Accountable for managing the project risk/issues for all the projects and responsible for closure.
- Ensure that all the updated project documentation, version management, etc. resides in SharePoint
- Liaison with Customer - SQA to perform Quality Audit
- Obtain necessary approvals of the design specification from Customer Business Process Owners/Solution owners before it is passed on to the offshore delivery team.
- Able to make and Manage Project Plan.
- SAP Rollout Project knowledge.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Escalation Management.
- End to end implementation experience for at least 2 projects.
- Knowledge of running projects remotely and Onsite/offshore/near shore models
- Should have expertise as a consultant in one of the Modules (FICO or SD)
- Should know Spanish.
- Should be ready to travel at least 50% (Monthly at least 2 weeks to Mexico)
- Should be flexible to work in both Mexican and Indian time zone when required
