Experience/Responsibilities/Skills

Experience:
Minimum of two years of IT experience related to server builds & configuration

Key Daily Responsibilities:
Enter technical information into Webforms to begin solution data collection process
Work with requestors to capture/clarify business requirements
Collaborate with the Systems Integration team
Log defects encountered during use of web-based form
Assist with design and implementation of process enhancements

Key Required Skills:
Knowledge/familiarity with server infrastructure technology & configurations related to Windows, Linux and virtual and physical environments
Excellent communication
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills:
AIX knowledge

Soft Skills:
Great time management
Great communications
Strong ability to Multitask
Self-starter

Stage of the project:
Planning and implementation

Educational Requirement:
Bachelor's degree
