Demand Manager - Mobile Portfolio Delivery

Due to an increase in workload, this is a newly created position for an experienced Small Portfolio Delivery Manager to support the Head of Technologies with a variety of projects from initiation stage through to delivery within a mobile technology portfolio. With the proven ability to deliver multiple and complex projects with a focus on initiation, this position encompasses a significant amount of stakeholder engagement within varying business units and managing the start of several projects and then resourcing it with a Technical PM to take over.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing the project life cycle from initiation through to delivery to finish
- Engaging with varying stakeholders and business units to ensure estimations, budgets, time expectancies are agreed
- Managing portfolio of work and understanding the governance
- Engaging with stakeholders such as development managers & release managers for successful results
- Managing stakeholder expectations and delivering successful results

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- It is imperative that you demonstrate at least 7 years experience in a similar role with a delivery focus
- Must have previous experience within Retail Bank organisation
- Extensive experience in delivering projects with budget range $1M-$20M within large and complex organisations
- A demonstrated ability to consult and shape business ideas into deliverable projects and programs of work.
- A Strong ability to convey, explain and understand information in written reports, clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated autonomy in managing resources

Needs to have technology experience within mobile
