Demand Manager for Multinational Client in the Hague

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DEMAND MANAGER TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE

EXPECTED TASKS AND DELIVERABLES BY THE CONSULTANTS

-Registration (via tool: JIRA), monitoring and pro-active communication to mature the registered business demands is required and shall be provided on a daily basis for the entire portfolio managed
-Initial point of contact for recording a Demand.
-Advise and assist business partners in drafting and submission of Demand.
-Advise and assist business partners with questions concerning Demand Management process.
-Perform initial analysis of Demands submitted.
-Improve the harmonisation of Demand registration and Demand recording.
-Provide a quality gate for Demand registrations.
-Tracking and progress update of submitted Demands.
-Coordinate the activities to obtain a cost evaluation of Demands.
-Liaise with business partners (updating demands in progress, planning and prioritising of new and existing Demands).
-Liaise with delivery managers (prioritise capacity; ensure assessments are provided; ensure demand management process is followed; status review).
-Assist in preparation of CA board meeting.
-Regular review and prioritisation of Demands.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

-Master degree and at least 8 years of experience in change management and release management.
-Prince 2 practitioner certification
-MSP certification
-Business analysis skills.
-Capacity to handle the basic requests.
-Capacity to understand the demand and their impact in the Business context and IT landscape.
-Ability to emphasise towards the Automation Governance actors the Demands deemed as important.
-Ability to create a Network amongst the different actors.
-Rigour in the follow up of the actions
-Maintaining and enhancing JIRA projects to best fit the business and process requirements.
-Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
-Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be a benefit.
-Being active in a multi-cultural environment, the Contractor's staff shall have a very good level of English (oral and written).
-The knowledge of German and/or French will be a benefit.
