The developer must have experience in Delphi and multi-tier application development.
A successful candidate should be able give examples of relevant experience in developing and maintaining large applications.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO VALUES:
- Collaborating with expertise outside our company to generate new ideas and overcome any roadblocks
THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE DESIRED:
- Commercial software development experience using Delphi
- Experience using SQL and database analysis tools in commercial projects
- Experience refactoring applications to enhance maintainability and performance
- Experience with both functional and object-oriented design methodologies
