Defence Project Manager

I am currently recruiting for a large Defence who are looking for an experienced project manager to join their team in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an extremely interesting project.

You will need to have the following skills/experience:

- Stakeholder Management: manage the identification, analysis and planning of actions to communicate and influence IS & Networks project stakeholders through the development and implementation of a cross-project communication plan.
- Project Planning: work with individual project managers to co-ordinate, develop and maintain the project planning process, and provide a managed project management plan for IS & Networks to include a fully resourced schedule in line with SPCISR BM requirements.
- Project Reporting: Coordinate all Reports and Returns to higher formation, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination.
- Financial Support: GPC Card Holder for CISR-3, procure low value equipments as and when necessary, provide all associated audit information.
- Risk Management: manage the risk management process to ensure all IS & Networks project risk events are identified, documented, and proactively managed through structured risk review meetings.
- Issue Management: manage the process to ensure all IS & Networks identified project issues are documented, appropriately assigned, and proactively managed.
- Safety and Environmental Management: work with individual project managers and safety SME's to co-ordinate, develop, and maintain the project Safety and Environmental Management and Safety Case Reports.
- Project Management Reporting: work with individual project managers to facilitate the production of reports on demand, develop structured highlight reports, and support management-reporting activities in line with SPCISR BM requirements.
- You must have good communication skills and the ability to lead.
