Dicision Support Analyst.
Deliverables in the Department:
Budget & Financial Reporting: Produce outlook & forecast for financial controlling of budget and performance contract process.
Produce and deliver monthly global financials results and ad hoc reports
Develop fully functional Activity based costing model (ABC Costing)
Produce root cause analysis focused on financial goals
Developing cost sharing agreements (Transfer Pricing)
Participate in the creation of performance dashboards for Global Client Services, fostering alignment between regions
Provide ad hoc analysis, reports and modelling capabilities to the Global Client Service organization

Assessing within the bank, the Financial Services industry and across industries different financial performance metrics
Integrate data from various sources into a single Business Intelligence platform
Participate in creation of strategic reporting for GCS globally with regional
alignment. Continuous revision of dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Identify and measure KPI's that explain performance in CS and of relevant processes.
Facilitate the framework in which SMEs will interact to produce KPIs
Identify quality indicators. Create performance analysis reports and issue recommendations.
Produce root cause analysis focused on client satisfaction, performance and financial goals. Lead the analysis process, use statistical/management operations tools, identify causes and propose solutions including risks and benefits
Provide ad hoc analysis, reports and modelling capabilities to the CS organization with strong focus on statistics.
Support the Six Sigma teams on data collection and statistical analysis


Ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong Analytical S0, S1, S2 or S3]: Supervise direct reports and their activities effectively, including effective record keeping and documentation of key people issues.

Knowledge of the Client Service tools and processes is an advantage
Good presentation skills (Powerpoint)
Fluency English is a must have, both written and verbal
Project management and governance
Fluency in English
Management accounting and control knowledge
Planning and control knowledge
AO/IC (administrative organisation/internal controls)

Experience in international transaction banking environment
Experience with business case development, NPV, IRR, WACC principles.
Experience with statistics
Six Sigma and/or COPC trained
Experience with CRM systems
Experience in Client service or fulfilment organisations

Technical competence:
Microsoft office
Data-warehouse reporting tools
Microsoft Access
SAP knowledge, ERP knowledge
Bank applications
Treasury and cash management applications
CRM systems
Client Service tools
