POJECT START: APRIL/MAY
atrain is aiming to expand its network of cooperation partners (i.e., freelancer) and is looking for experienced trainers who also speak Norwegian (plus English or German). More precisely, atrain was asked by a long standing customer if we could conduct a development center in Norway in APRIL or MAY. However, the center should be conducted in Norwegian, which is why we are looking for experienced trainers who also speak Norwegian. At the center (approximately 4-5 days), the trainer would be a main contact person for the customer. He/she would observe and rate candidates based on behavioral exercises and facilitate a discussion between all observers after each exercise. The trainer would need to facilitate various sessions, also regarding development planning. Also, the trainer would be a role player in some of the exercises and give feedback to the candidates. After the center, the trainer would write a comprehensive summary of each participant's strengths and areas of development.
