DBA (m/w) SQL, Oracle, MYSQL

We are looking for a DBA with focus on SQL, but also knowledgeable in Oracle and MySQL.

Tasks:
+ Implementation of all necessary operative tasks to guarantee maintenance of operation
+ Run applications, services, platforms and network to deliver promised service portfolio according SLAs
+ Ensure global IT support based on follow-the-sun organization as well as 24/7 on-call-duty

Especially:
+ Incident resolution, Incident management
+ Implementing changes, Change management
+ Installation of new versions, patches
+ Close customer contact during operative work
+ Supplier management for incident related communication
+ Documentation of all executed tasks in a ticket tool and CMDB
+ Support in implementation Data Canter Move

Most important:
+ Very good and applicable knowledge of MS SQL

Further required skills
+ Experience in database operations/management: backup and restore, monitoring, maintenance(like: index and statistics maintenance, database reorg)
+Profound experience in performance analysis & DB tuning
+ At least 3 years’ experience with MS SQL in production support
+ Additional DB know how (MySQL, Oracle) a plus
+ Administrator level OS knowledge
