A highly-regarded FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT IN CANBERRA is looking to engage an experienced DATAWAREHOUSE BUSINESS ANALYST. Working within the Business Intelligence section you will be a collaborative member of the team, developing and delivering a number of high priority Datawarehouse projects.

The successful applicant will be required to perform the below duties:

- Analysis and documentation of requirements for Datawarehouse, data marts, cubes and reporting solutions;
- Enhancement of procedures supporting the Datawarehouse development process;
- Identification of data integration opportunities and conformed dimensions;
- providing support
- monitoring of warehouse data quality
- functional testing of Business Intelligence artefacts

To be considered for this position applicants must encompass the below skills/experience;

- Extensive demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence projects specifically in the areas of scope and requirements definition, functional design, dimensional Datamodelling, and ETL (Extract Transform Load) specification.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities including negotiation and conflict resolution skills and the ability to work individually or as part of a team to deliver positive Business Intelligence outcomes.
- demonstrated experience engaging collaboratively with a range of stakeholders across large organisations
- previous Government experience favourable however not essential
