Our Banking client in Paris are looking for a competent Datastage Development Manager. Their Human Resources Department has expressed the need for a powerful reporting tool to enable their HR teams to generate and distribute preformatted reports and create queries ad hoc. The aim is to improve the productivity of these teams to reduce operating costs and harmonize their work tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Development of a technical solution that meets the functional requirements
- Taking into account the developments of workflow in compliance with the requirements and standards of the group
- Documentation of developments (process CMMI3)
- Ensure the link between the DATASTAGE group and project managers team
- Export of developments to different environments
- Ensure documentation of developments made
- Participation in the Test phase and Qualification
- Ensure the performance of the DATASTAGE team
- Raise competence in existing resources on DATASTAGE tool/COGNOS
