Datacenter Network-Firewall Specialist/Designer

For one of our customers TFC - Talent Force Cooperation - is looking for a Datacenter Network-Firewall Specialist/Designer.

The client is responsible for an IT infrastructure program; for one of the tracks within this IT Infrastructure program there is a need for a Datacenter Network-Firewall Specialist/Designer. This track is related to the design and implementation of a new Firewall infrastructure and needs to be realized according the agreed end-date.

Demands:

The specialist is experienced with the aspects of designing and implementing state of the art Firewall infrastructures including virtualization and network details. The new design must match the customer requirements on technical and operational level. Also translating customer requirements and the results of a Firewall PoC into several detailed designs. Bringing customer teams together and creating the same mind-set and getting designs approved, implemented and embedding the required operational processes and procedures.

Hard skills:

- Experience with Firewall policies and security procedures within IT operations.
- At least 10 years track record in mid-sized or large sized companies.
- Hands-on mind-set, shows fast results, and has demonstrated good communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco Nexus series equipment, Cisco ASA Firewall's and both Cisco ASDM and CSM.
- Fortinet Fortigate Firewall and Fortimanager knowledge is a pro. Knowledge of OSPF is required, preferably in combination with Firewall virtualization and clustering.
- Cisco certification requirement CCNP level, but CCIE level is a pro.
