Database Support Contractor

Database Support Contractor needed for ongoing database project.

This is a part time position, and hours can vary on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on business needs.

Individual will be responsible for database functions (some of this will be maintenance), queries, creation, and running reports.

DUTIES:

Input data to Tracker (Database), including adding new fields to database, adding/changing/updating

Build new items in Tracker

Build new Child Tracker to track within existing Tracker

Run reports (examples may be running New Hire Reports, Termination Reports, Comp Reports, etc)

Ensure reports can be viewed in different formats (PDF, Excel) with correct headings

Ensure reports print properly

Add/change Fields
-

Create and Test links before adding into database; move test links to production in which can be used later

REQUIREMENTS:

-

Have understanding of HR functions
-

Work with confidential/sensitive information
-

Must have extensive experience working with Parent Tracker, Child Tracker, and be able to create, test and produce reports

Database experience
-

Should be flexible with hours, as this will change weekly (maybe 5 -10 hours per week)

This role has the possibility to work remotely, after initial training in Downtown office. Hours will change weekly, based on business needs.
