Database/Reporting Analyst

Our reputable client in Sydney's CBD is seeking an experienced Database Administrator/Reporting Analyst to join a critical upgrade project. Ideally you will have had exposure to developing databases and/or improving the use of data management with Excel.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Advanced/expert Excel skills (VBA and Macro), ideally combined with a solid understanding of project/program/portfolio management
- Demonstrated ability to generate reports and extract data for use in reports
- Understanding how to work with complex data sets (in excel and database contexts)
- Experience in developing data models, logical designs and understanding of data integrity issues
- Proven experience in developing database documentation including process and procedures, data dictionary.
- Demonstrated experience in developing complex and high standard reports from Excel

DESIRABLE:

- Database administrator experience
- Exposure to and understanding of the SDLC
- Business analysis skills
- Business process/process mapping skills
