A Database Architect/ Manager is required by a leading Financial Software company to lead a team in the development and design of its award winning products. The role is very hands on and will require the successful applicant to architect both database and data warehouse platforms using the Microsoft SQL Server stack. Therefore experience of star and snowflake schema design as well as performance tuning is a must. The successful applicant will also mentor and lead SQL developers in the design, development and support of these applications as well as implementing best practices and standards in coding.
