Database Development Manager (Hands on) - Boston - Software

The role of the Database Development Manager requires someone who is driven and passionate about technology, in particular Microsoft SQL Server Database tools. The role sits within the Data Management function of a leading Global financial Software company, who in recent years have received industry leading awards for their products that are run off SQL technology. The role requires the Database Development Manager to lead from the front with their technical expertise, responsible for a team of developers, making sure that development processes and standard's are exceptional. The role will involve working closely with Architect teams to design and develop the products database applications, so will require OLTP and OLAP design experience as well as knowledge performance tuning and complex querying.
