Job Title: Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience collecting user requirements, data analysis, documenting technical specifications, and data modelling. The ability to understand complex business needs, logical problem solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Additionally, a strong understanding of database methodology, data analysis with the ability to code advanced SQL queries and ETL. The individual will need to have experience developing dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence applications. The role requires a highly technical individual that has the ability to communicate to the business customers using business friendly terminology and with IT professionals using technically friendly terminology.

Required skills:
*Bachelor's degree preferred
*5-10 years of relevant experience
*Experience with developing SQL scripts and coding advanced SQL queries and ETL
*Experience creating dashboards

The manager would prefer local candidates. She would like to review candidates that have a solid work history, and someone who is more business savvy vs. someone who is strictly technical. She prefers not to receive candidates that just have experience working as a DBA because they seem to more be too technical for this type of role.
