Database Administrator (MYSQL Skills, Oracle Clustering, ITIL, French)

- Graduate in IT or equivalent
- LOCATION
- Work to be executed intra-muros at customer site in Luxembourg.

- Knowledge of the European Commission business or the Public Sector
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Service desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management)
- TECHNICAL SKILLS

SPECIFIC

- Good knowledge and practice in RAC/ASM under Red Hat Linux
- (Real Application Cluster Automatic Storage Management)
- Assure performance tuning in complex shared environments under Solaris and Redhat RAC/ASM infrastructure
- Be able to solve out issue with ASM storage/slowness
- Scripting in Korn Shell under Linux/Solaris 10 is required

STANDARD

-  Administer, deploy and upgrade Oracle (Oracle 10g/11g under Solaris and Linux) and OpenSource (MySQL under Linux) database layers
- Analyse and resolve Oracle and MySQL database incidents and requests

- Effort of the assignment: full time
- Normal working hours: full time 8h/day and 220 days/year in shift from 08:00am to 08:00pm
- Extended working hours on request (night, Saturday, Sunday, holiday)
- On call
