Data Warehouse Lead Tester - (BI, ETL, SQL)

The Data Warehouse Lead Tester should have experience of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting

toolsets and ETL toolsets, as well as SQL skills and experience testing SQL Server databases. In this

role you'll use your experience working on ETL/Data warehouse projects to lead the testing.

As a Data Warehouse Lead Tester your duties will include:

• Write Advance SQL scripts and log application defects

• Identify the cause of defects in SQL code

• Identify areas for improvement within existing processes

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ETL/BI/Data Warehouse projects

• Excellent people and project management skills

• Strong in writing advanced SQL scripts

• Exposure to an ETL toolset, such as Informatica, Data Stage, SSIS and reporting toolsets like

Microstrategy, ONIEE, Cognos, SSRS etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an enthusiasm for best testing practices

Initial 3 month contract with a chance of an extension.

£375-£425 Per day
