Data Strategy Lead

Data Strategy manager required to work on a key project for a major client.

This project is a major transformation project and key part of this businesses long term strategy to strengthen their approach in relation to Data Strategy, Customer Intelligence & Customer Management.

As the Data Strategy Manager you will become Embedded as a key part of the project team, ensuring that the customer area is permanently represented. The role will impact senior stakeholders on strategic decision making.

It's critical in this role that you have an understanding of the Customer team's key strategic aims in relation to Data Strategy, Customer Intelligence & Customer Management and then have the engagement skills to deliver this to key stakeholders.

For this role you need to have experience in the following areas:

- A Previous Data Strategy role within a retail/agency or financial services organisation
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy within a Digital Environment
- Good understanding of Analytical and decisioning technology
- Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills ideally up to board level
