Data Steward - Financial Services, SQL, Teradata, Business Objects

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide technical support on Datawarehouse teams.
- Manage strategies and processes around data modelling and architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels.
- Influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges{s}

SKILLS
Expertise needed in data modelling, data quality, data organization, metadata, data profiling, huge data sets. Day-to-day activities will require teamwork, good organization, and a lot of verbal and written communication to the business and IT teams. Strong background needed in data quality, data organization, metadata, and data profiling. Demonstrated ability to move from one sequential assignment to the next (work environment and priorities can change quickly depending on business needs). Demonstrated ability to move data between production systems and across multiple platforms. Expertise in Teradata, SQL, BusinessObjects. 5+ years experience with Financial Services clients. Experience with major querying tools desired.
