IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Deliver key strategic analytical thinking and insights
-Lead relevant project streams at regional and global level
-Generate insights to identify and leverage key strategic drivers of effectiveness
-Support decision making process and implementation of key initiatives
-Run regular performance reviews with regions and countries
-Drive big streams of key international projects related to the rollout and adoption of new reporting infrastructures, optimization of CRM and extension of BI tools
-Increase team’s capabilities at making analytical based decisions, by enabling self-service reporting for customized analyses
-Act as an advocate to support countries and regions in growing their knowledge of KPIs, planning processes and tools

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Relevant degree
-Profound work experience in a similar position having worked in consulting, finance or banking
-Successful track record in the Business Insights areas, providing strategic thinking to senior leadership and supporting the decision making process
-Experience leading implementation of key country/international projects related to BI within commercial operations
-Experience creating regular performance review processes, with implementation of CRM systems and rollout to CRM/BI to new products and franchises
-Knowledge of the most popular tools for business intelligence, such as Qliksense, Datameer, SAP Lumira, etc.
-Communicative personality and experienced at advising senior management
-Solid knowledge of CRM and cycle planning tools
