Data Solutions Associate Job

DATA SOLUTIONS ASSOCIATE needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Ana, CA.

- MS Office skills
- Experience in an office environment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Interact with and interpret requests from clients via sales reps; analyze and document each request, then forward the data to the development team for processing.
- Perform quality control as well as process and fulfil routine customer requests.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong communications skills are required as the candidate will have to work with a variety of groups (such as Sales, Database, IT, Accounting as well as team members and other departments)
- MS Office skills and be familiar with web-based products and applications
- Organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication skills to gather information communicate issues to the team members.
- Must be able to do work independently; research on their own utilizing various sources.
- Minimum one to two (1 - 2) years of related experience in an office environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Real Estate knowledge is helpful but not a must.
- Some familiarity/technical background would be helpful.
