DATA SCIENTIST - LONG TERM CONTRACT

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain predictive models in the retail, professional and wealth segments
Build customer typologies and business models or uses
Determine the future value of the customer (Life Time Value)
Develop customer knowledge through Machine Learning, Big Data algorithms and technologies, text mining, recommendation systems, ...
Segment customers to maximize the campaign response rate, growth and profitability of the bank.
Evaluate the added value of new Sales or Marketing initiatives through data analysis
Explore and use analytical methodologies and tools on various business issues
Combining digital channel data and CRM
PROFILE
SKILLS:
See the business through the numbers
Be a specialist in statistics, mathematics or engineering
Always seek to learn and grow in an innovative environment
Manage expectations while respecting the schedule of studies to be rendered
Synthesize and present the results of your analyzes to the management team
Speak in French, English and/or Dutch
Manage projects and stakeholders internally
Teamwork and experience sharing
KNOWLEDGE:
Programming in SAS or SQL
Analytical modelling tools: SAS, R, Python, Rank ...
Advanced statistical modelling techniques
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Master or PhD level in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering
Significant experience in the field of data analysis
Modeling and segmentation of large volumes of data
Knowledge of text analysis or non-distributed computing (noSQL databases)
A/B testing and campaign measures
