MY DUTIES:

- Supporting the wireless network quality improvement program
- Conducting survey analyses for S-KPIs and usage analyses with network stability data
- Help refine the dashboards based on deeper analyses from data and input from surveys
- Conducting customer feedback driven analysis such as as customer satisfaction

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in Data Science or in a comparable field of study
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
- Open and solution driven personality with the ability to think analytically 
- Fluent in English and German
