RED's key client, a global pharmaceutical organisation based near Brussels are looking for a Data Science Manager to work on a long-term contract.
Our client is looking for an Advanced Analytics consultant to support the data analytics experts, manage processes and resources in charge of data collection, processing, modelling and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven aptitude for elaborating solutions based on large data sets and will also have a business mindset to generate valuable business insights.
Key Tasks will include:
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organisation to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions by leading cross-functional projects using advanced Datamodelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Use predictive modelling to increase and optimise customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Manage and optimise processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modelling, visualisation and communication deliverables.
