Data/Reporting Consultant (Brussels)

Je functie: Context of the mission
The department of Health Care will be facing many challenges the upcoming 2 - 3 years. One of these challenges will be to create, in close collaboration
with an external partner, a new Claims Management System (CMS) allowing our department to meet & even exceed the client's expectations while working as efficient as
possible.
This new CMS will have impact on the existing data and reporting.
It will also transform our working process and require new KPI to be setup.
The Health Care department is looking for a Data and reporting consultant.
You will be in charge of the analysis of the existing reporting to define the impact and to describe the requirements of the new CMS in terms of data.
You will also be in charge of the measurement and the KPI definition to evaluate the new process efficiency. You will propose measures, controls and process updates to improve
performance and quality.

Objective of the job
- Make inventory of existing financial and operational reporting
- Analyse existing reporting in terms of data and describe the mapping with the new CMS data model.
- Analyse end-to-end users' process
- Define new measures (quantitative and qualitative) for process improvement analysis and KPI's
- Define new reporting to follow-up KPI and highlight trends.
- Help operational teams to adopt and follow the new defined measures and KPI

Duration: 6 months

Level of education required
A master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or quantitatively oriented master's degree or equivalent by experience..

Languages Requirement
Dutch and French (one fluent, the other one good)
