DATA QUALITY IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER (SOCIAL CARE EXPERINCE/ZERO BASED REVIEWS/CHANGE MANAGEMENT)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Government client for a Data Quality Implementation Manager or Service Improvement Manager to be responsible for the successful delivery of the business objectives and provide effective management on the implementation of the new DH ZBR (zero based review) requirements that will contribute to continuous improvement. Required to provide effective management and support the delivery of accurate data transfer to the new adult social care information system.

Essential- Candidate must have experience of Adult Social Care including experience of Adult Care Performance Regime. Change Management experience as well as use of MS Excel, MS Word, Business Objects/SQL or equivalent must also be demonstrable throughout your CV.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To manage the ZBR implementation team activities, including the mapping and analysis of existing performance returns and the mapping and analysis of new statutory requirements using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Manage external relationships

To identify and manage the implementation of interim and long term ZBR solutions

To provide support to the ICT Project Team on data cleansing and data migration for thenew adult social care system to agreed timelines and standards.

To monitor data quality in partnership with ICT and the Performance Analyst team.

To manage the ZBR Implementation Team and work in partnership with the PerformanceAnalyst Team to provide in depth analysis and interpretation of highly complex data setsfrom a number of information sources.

To critically analyse a wide range of information and systems to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to Adult Social Care

To provide expert advice to senior managers and service managers to enable them to use performance analysis and data to deliver strategic service redesign.

Work with Corporate ICT colleagues to ensure that solutions proposed meet the requirements of the new procured ASC information system.

Set up data quality assurance systems.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Knowledge and experience of financial and data analysis.

Demonstrable knowledge and experience of delivering successful outcomes in one or more of following core areas of expertise:

a. Performance management and assurance in adult social care

b. Business Analysis

c. Data quality and management

d. System design and implementation

e. Data analysis and interpretation

f. Project and Risk Management

g. ICT to deliver service improvements
