DATA QUALITY ANALYST
This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst to join a global financial services company.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science and/or Information Technology
- 5 years' work experience as a Business Analyst/Data Quality Analyst
- Solid understanding of corporate insurance, ideally with prior work experience in a multinational business or insurance company
- Good knowledge of programming languages such as but not limited to SQL, Python or R
- Ability to synthesize and communicate complex IT problems/findings to a non-technical audience
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing technical expertise on aspects of the data organizations, monitoring compliance to data management standards and regulatory requirements to solve problems
- Producing requirement specifications on the basis of internal customers' objectives and processes
- Developing a detailed understanding of data sources and work with use case owners to identify, define and implement Data Quality rules on "high value" data
- Creating and performing reporting based on profiling
- Developing scorecards showing overall data quality of data
