IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Guarantee the internal compliancy with applicable regulations
-Implement Group policies on data privacy in accordance with security local laws
-Assess the Data Privacy risks and mitigation measures in local/regional projects
-Plans and directs privacy training and awareness programs
-Provide assessment for the different projects and providers engagements
-Raise awareness within the entities/teams under scope
-Build on a strong working relationship with the management of the compliance and governance function, guaranteeing the global needs of the organization
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-A previous Data Privacy / Compliance experience (at least Master graduate or equivalent – Legal or IT Security)
-Professional experience (preferable including contract negotiation)
-German and profound English knowledge
