Data Privacy/Data Protection/Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) Analy

DATA PRIVACY/DATA PROTECTION/DATA SUBJECT ACCESS REQUESTS (DSAR) ANALYSTS required for contract roles based in Chester working for a leading financials client.

Rate: £260-280 PER DAY.

Duration: 3-6MTH CONTRACT

An opportunity to support a team of Data Privacy subject matter experts in responding to complex Data Subject Access Requests. Candidates will need a detailed understanding of the requirements of the act in relation to Data Subject Access requests including definition of personal data and allowed exemptions to the right of subject access under the bank.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Responding to Data Subject Access Requests on behalf of the Commercial Bank
- Identifying personal data relating to data subjects in bank's records.
- Applying appropriate exemptions to the right of subject access where required.
- Engaging with customers and other stakeholders about requests.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS ARE:

- Understanding of the Requirements of the Data Protection Act
- Experience in handling complex DSARs
- ISEB qualification in Data Privacy or Practitioners Certificate in Data Protection.
- Knowledge of financial services and commercial operations would also be beneficial.
- Candidates will be required to pass a basic credit check prior to starting this contract.
