Data Modeller - Investment Banking

Stanton House is pleased to be supporting one of our key clients, a niche capital markets consulting firm in their search for an experienced Data Modeller to develop Data Architecture artefacts as defined in the Data Model Framework within a TIER 1 INVESTMENT BANK.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Developing Data Architecture; including Data Glossary/Taxonomy, Conceptural Data Model, Canonical Logical Data Model, Data Dictionary, Data Mapping Solution to Canonical (S) and Data Source Catalogue.
- Eliciting data requirements from SME's to form the Conceptual and Canonical Data Models.
- Ensuring alignment of Physical/Solution data models to Canonical data models.
- Checking that project has applied consistent Datamodelling principles.
- Approving high-level designs in line with enterprise Policies, Standards and Patterns.
- Measuring coverage of the standard models against the Functional Taxonomy.
- Driving adoption of standard models and reuse of data feeds.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL NEED:

- Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior and functional stakeholders.
- Investment Banking experience.
