Data Migration & cutover Lead - Workday - Switzerland - 12 Months

An employer of over 15,000 with a presence in 33 countries, this multi-national organisation have completed phase 1 of a global workday deployment and are planning phase 2. Your role will be to develop and implement wide ranging Data Management and cutover strategy and ensure its implementation. You will need a blend of technical skills, as an active Technical Lead, but also managerial and motivational skills required to lead a data management team

DATA MIGRATION & CUTOVER LEAD - WORKDAY - REQUIRED PROFILE:

- Clear capability to devise and deliver a data migration and implementation strategy
- Proven track record in leading complex data migrations
- Workday or other HCM experience is a strong preference
- Credibility in a Management role, you will be providing leadership to a data management team
- Knowledge of technologies and technical tools such as SQL and ETL Tools
- Happy to work 5 days per week on site in Switzerland
