Data Manager (Compliance) wanted for one of our Basel based clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree/qualification in Accounting along with 3+ years of solid working experience, ideally within pharmaceutical environment
- Working experience in financial accounting, master data, process control, audit, project management and PM support
- Experience in gathering requirements for IT solution as well as ability to understand, visualize and draw process diagrams using flowcharting tools will be of advantage
- Knowledge of simplifying and supporting the design and roll out of final US X-Border reporting solution
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders through all aspects of project life cycle
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Implementing enhancements in the interim process and defining requirements for a target solution for collection, aggregation and reporting
- Ensuring the complete and accurate capture of direct payments, travel and expenses and third party payments using the interim US Cross-border process
- Communicating regularly with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete reporting is achieved
- Scoping and determining enhancements/simplification and automation in the interim reporting process
- Cooperating with global team and headquarters to support design and rollout of target reporting solution
- Training and updating global development associates on reporting processes along with updating the cross-border frequently asked question document
