My client, a leading Retail Bank, is currently seeking a Data Lead to join their mortgage intermediaries program ASAP. ALL APPLYING CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN FINANCIAL SERVICES INCLUDING SOME RETAIL BANKING EXPERIENCE GAINED WITHIN THE LAST 3 YEARS.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to work self sufficiently and deliver to demanding timescales.
- Strong understanding of the basic principles of data flow between systems from a business view point.
- Strong interviewing techniques to drive out current processes.
- Ability to deal with conflict resolution.
- Ability to quickly understand how systems hang together and how non system data underpins a whole process.
- Previous banking experience of large scale programmes is essential.
- ISEB or similar qualification in business analysis.
- Understanding of the Intermediary/mortgage market.
- Process mapping.
LOCATION: Gloucester
RATE: £500 per day
DURATION: 6 months
START: ASAP
