Data Integration Engineer / Analyst HL7 Informatica

Our client, based in the Greater Los Angeles area is a leading research, educational and treatment centre for life-threatening diseases.

Reporting directly to the director of analytics, this person will be required to:

* Design, develop and maintain an enterprise Data Integration and Data Quality Hub, APIs and tools that deliver data warehouse and big data services to the team and it's partners
* Collaborate with the Data Architecture Team to define and implement the Data Integration.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate the following technical skills:

Experience with Healthcare Data Standards - HL7, C-CDA, etc.

Allscripts Sunrise eLink Programming

Experience with Informatica B2B Transform HL7 library

5+ years of experience withInformaticaPowerCenter

5+ years of experience in a multi-terabyte data warehouses environment

3+ years of experience with data quality - profiling, cleansing, standardization, validation

Some exposure to other ETL Tools (SSIS as well as Informatica) would be advantageous.

Some knowledge of C# programming would be useful but not essential. SQL Server and T-SQL knowledge is required, and some working knowledge of TCP / IP framework. A working knowledge of Interfaces in general is needed.
