Data Governance Service Administrator (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Provide support and consultancy for the rollout of the client's Data Governance Service and the usage of the central Data Governance tooling (Informatica – Axon and EDC based) 
- Take responsibility for the central Data Governance instance on Azure and operate / improve the service 
- Look for opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and automation 
- Resolve incidents and change requests, perform upgrades and migration 
- Create technical report and monitor licenses usage 
- Work with Global Data Architecture and other functions, Operating Entities, Platform Engineers and other stakeholders to implement governance activities to include resolution of data issues and implementing new capabilities
- Support and interact with data engineers within the Group

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Administration and Installation experience with Informatica Platform applications
- Understanding of Data Management principles and Data Governance principles  
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Informatica Axon and EDC 
- Proven competence in deploying and operating Enterprise Applications on the Azure Cloud Platform (eg. Disk snapshot and restore)
- Solid understanding of an enterprise IT landscape and the related integration pattern
- In-depth understanding of related technologies: Data Engineering Pattern (Ingestion, Transformation, Storage, Consumption etc.); event-based systems (Kafka confluent stack); databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Neo4J, Stardog, Azure SQL DB); Cloud Storage (Azure Datalake or AWS S3 with EMR); Distributed Systems (eg. Hadoop, Spark); Infrastructure, Orchestration, Distributed Systems and IT Security Principles (Data Access Control)
- Experience with Linux and containerization
- Experience with complex process analysis and technical implementations of data solutions
- Knowledge of agile SDLC methodologies 
- Experience with metadata tools; e.g., Informatica Axon/EDC/Collibra
- Experience with network infrastructures 
- Strong communication skills, and demonstrated experience delivering presentations to all staff levels
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and tools
