IHRE AUFGABEN:

- Co-develop of the data governance framework, incl. processes, roles, rules, for data platform(s)
- Advising stakeholders and business leaders regarding understanding and translating business needs & requirements, risks and opportunities into elements of data governance
- Closely collaborating with internal stakeholders and business leaders and understanding and translating business needs & requirements, risks and opportunities into elements of data governance
- Testing, implementing, monitoring, improving the designed data governance & management processes with the goal of quality assurance
- Documenting the designed data governance processes
- Documenting the fulfillment of the governance and compliance requirements as well as assurance of the completeness of information delivered by various stakeholders
- Reviewing existing governance processes and information with regard to onboarded data in the data platform(s)
- Setting up standards and requiremenst for the fulfillment of the data management execution
- Actively identifying relevant stakeholders in business units and advising them with the guidance on accomplishing the requirements for participating in data platform(s) projects
- Create procedures to identify, manage and govern critical data assets withing the data platform(s)
- Collect industry-wide trends on how data is leveraged for competitive advantage and identify data-driven innovation opportunities to continuously grow and transform our data management & data governance capabilities

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

- 2-3 years of experience in Data Governance and Management functions (good understanding & implementation)
- Experience with relevant Governance tools, such as Erwin DIS, Collibra, IDQ Informatica
- Background as system and / or database owner and application manager
- Background in interface and data transfer programming and reverse engineering of pipelines
- Understanding of Cloud based data architecture and application onboarding
- Working experience in international management of large-scale data enablement and transformation projects in a regulated and fast changing industry
- Good understanding of requirements needed for aligning governance frameworks across data governance, IT governance and business management and regulations
- Ability to understand the data needs of non-technical business leaders across the organization and translate them into data capabilities and data-driven concepts
- Strong communication and management skills in order to handle multiple stakeholder interactions
- Excellent storytelling and the ability to simplify complex data processes and distill them to core insights, ideas and recommendations towards middle and top management across different cultures and countries
