An excellent opportunity to join large and exciting client and play a key role in the claims handling team, ensuring that full and relevant data is recorded to deal with the cases ensuring a smooth process.

You will record new claims directly onto the system that are received via telephone, post, fax or e-mail and liaise with relevant claim handlers with regards to all relevant info. You will also create an Incident Report Form, ensuring the unit's KPI's and targets are met.

Ideal candidates will have:

Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Time management - Ability to handle multiple priorities, organise work and meet deadlines;
Attention to detail;
The ability to problem solve and develop new ideas to improve working practices;
Strong customer service and negotiation skills;
Awareness of industry practices surrounding claims fraud and the affiliated legislation and legal obligations;
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Packages - Excel, Word, Outlook etc and ability to use applications in a Windows environment
