JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry and clerical duties supporting the client migration, transferring data from on system to another.
- DISTRIBUTION LIST CREATION - work with recently acquired company to identify DL's needed; understand who the owners and members of these DL's are; set up comparable DL's in the SAP tools.
- SHARED/PUBLIC MAILBOXES - work with company to identify shared/public mailboxes including mailbox owners, members, usage (internal or external), etc.
- Work with mail team to get new shared mailboxes established.
- MIGRATION SUPPORT - help aggregate information on laptops returned (company asset #, owner, etc.) and laptops distributed (company asset #, owner, etc.) if migration portal tool does not capture this information.
- MIGRATION SUPPORT - assist reporting on who has migrated and who has not if migration portal does not capture this information accurately.
- SHARE DRIVES - work with company to understand what share drives they have today, including owners, members, data included.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Creativity in problem solving - will need to piece data together from disparate sources
- Works well with others
